So, this week I’m changing things up. I’m clearly out the crap and taking charge. No, I’m not unpacking the rest of the boxes that are scattered here and there throughout the house. I’m cleaning up my diet. No Gluten, No Sugar, No Dairy. For 14 days.

I’m not trying to lose weight, but I am trying to see what happens when I avoid those common triggers. I hope to sleep better, think better and feel better.

The program I’m trying is here. 

Today I ate Overnight Oatmeal (amazing, both in taste and how it’s made), a Hard-Boiled Egg, a Salad with beets, mushrooms, roasted peppers, And another salad loaded with Avocado, Turkey and Balsamic. I snacked on Roasted Chickpeas. I also roasted sweet potatoes and spaghetti squash and made a batch of Quinoa so I have something heartier to look forward to tomorrow.

And in two weeks I’ll let you know how it goes.
